Jim Green and his band never sit still, their set a rocketing whirlwind of blistering guitars, inventive melodies and the noisy, half-spoken sound reminiscent of 90s indie band Pavement. Jim’s lyrics paint portraits, sometimes emotive and wondering, other times displaying a dry wit that brings a freshness to his scrappy, irresistibly catchy songs. No one in the audience could stand still either.
